To take your Blogsome blog down for maintenance (should you ever need to) put this code before the {$content} tag in your index.html file:

{capture name=loginout}{wploginout}{/capture} {if $smarty.capture.loginout|striptags:'0' == "Logout"}

And put something like this after it:

{else} This blog is down for maintenance etc etc {/if}

Whatever you do, never admit you’ve merely nipped out for a bag of fish ‘n’ chips. It looks so unprofessional!
